Service provision at four levels
In order to serve you as flexibly as possible, we distinguish four different service levels, which you can deploy separately or in combination:
- Basic services
- Application services
- Managed services
- Sourcing services
Basic Services
‘Basic services’ means our traditional services, after you have bought a software package from a supplier. We see to the installation of the software onto your systems, the training of your employees and the construction of applications based on functional and technical specifications – including the designs when needed.
Application Services
Is your document management department not equipped for large one-off changes, such as legal measures from the government, house-style adjustments, the introduction of new advertising campaigns or other additional work? Then you can use our application services. We analyse your document flow and make a division from simple to complex. You will receive a ready-made application. This type of service takes place on one of MaiosÓros’ locations, based on a fixed price and date, without you having to hire any additional staff yourself.
Managed services
Our managed services enable you to respond to major fluctuations in the work flow and to illnesses or vacation of employees in a very easy way. Furthermore, you can deploy staff flexibly for various specific software products. This service is provided at your location by a core team and a flex team. The fixed core team will deal with the knowledge and continuity of your organisation. The flex team will see to covering your peak loads. The result is that every hour in the year is covered, and you will know exactly what the costs will be in advance.
Sourcing services
Would you like to take things a step further? Then you can use our sourcing services. With this service we take over the entire service for you. Your staff will become employees of MaiosÓros . We can provide this service both at your location (in house) and from our own location (insourcing). In either case, MaiosÓros always has the final responsibility.
